SOLUTION FOUND for missing MMS / SMS messages on Kompakt

I believe MMS messages are plagued by the same issue as group messages, namely the blocked number bug:

So, I just got my first spam text on the Kompakt, which is something that I had prevented on my previous phone. Still, whatever, I just decided to block the number. But… when I blocked the number, it removed all group message threads from the SMS app. I figured out how to unblock the number, then the group messages re-appeared.

I’m glad things are working out. Just wait until 1.4.0 when group messages will be fully supported
