I did think about a falling-block game, but on e-ink the pieces would smear and lag behind your taps, and it would end up more frustrating than calming.
The closest route today is Handheld Games. It plays Game Boy games, and block-stacking games are worth trying on it, since they move at a pace the screen can mostly keep up with. You’d need your own copy of a game, or one of the free block-stacking homebrew games on the Homebrew Hub (hh.gbdev.io).
