Like many here, I ordered a Mudita Kompakt with the wish to limit my smartphone time.
That being said, I opened several tickets/emails on Mudita’s support and I received absolutely no feedback from them.
Indeed, I have two concerns that I find highly damaging for the brand, namely:
- I bought the phone for my company and I have a VAT problem on the invoice.
- I received my Mudita Compact with no OS installed.
So for the moment, I therefore have a phone that is unusable, an invoice that I cannot send to my accountant and especially no feedback from customer support.
I am coming to the end of the 14-day refund request period soon.
Also, do you think that I still have to hope / wait or is it better to ask for a full refund?
I don’t have a problem with technical issues, they happen, but the lack of responsiveness vis-à-vis the clients absolutely doesn’t give me confidence.
On this date, and without resolution, it is clear that I will not order other devices from the brand for my company and above all, I unfortunately cannot recommend Mudita to anyone.
The prices are high (and I’m okay with that), but paying a high price for nothing seems unacceptable to me.
In short, what do you think?
