Service Activation

Hello, I am looking for some guidance. I receive a Pure a few days ago and started a new plan with t-mobile after reading in here that it was one of the better options for service, but I have received the sim card and got confirmation in a t-mobile store that the sim card is active, but I am unable to get any service on the device. Is this potentially because of where I live or is there something I’m missing?

Please help.

It can be a combination of factors. I’d say go outside of your house and to a couple of the places you visit often and figure out if it works there. It may just be the phone not sticking coverage in your home.

me too. Going through the same thing, but turning it on and off hasn’t helped.
