Seriously considering returning my Kompakt

I must confess that I haven’t opened the box yet. After reading all the feedback, I’ve decided I cannot keep the device.

According to a few pieces of feedback in this forum, I can conclude that some basic features seem not to be appropriately tested, and other basic features are missing in the calendar, music player, contacts, and some issues with the keyboard. Plus, there are issues with Mac compatibility. I believe the Apple ecosystem should not be an excuse for everything, as I’ve never had problems with other apps and devices, such as Garmin.

The logistics and workarounds required, such as sideloading apps to complement the lack of the native apps basic features, do not align with the Mudita philosophy, in my opinion, and certainly do not help with the stress of dealing with these issues, expecting updates without knowing when they will be launched and what they cover. I want to avoid the ghost of the Pure, whose updates were extremely short, and all the users got an early, obsolete device in their hands.

I will return both devices and continue to follow the discussions and future developments until the device looks stable and has natively implemented basic features.
