Hello!
The Mudita phone is great and this is not a post with any negativity. I have to return my phone because of work, its more convenient to use a smart phone and I have blocks on apps so I don’t waste my time, Yay!
I understand the Mudita team must be under a lot of stress fulfilling orders, shipping out these wonderful phones and doing many things behind the scenes that we don’t see. I want to say I appreciate the teams hard work and effort.
I have contacted the mudita support team twice trying to return my phone both within the 2 week return time frame. The two week time frame ended but I need to return my phone. I have yet to hear back from the support team, what should I do?
