Restrict messages received to only people in my Contacts?

To avoid spam, can I limit messages received to only people in my Contacts?

@rodo Currently, there is no option to block calls from people who are not in your contact list.
However, in the “Do not disturb” mode, you can set the option to only get calls & messages from your contacts marked as FAVORITE.
