Problem with displaying company contacts

Hello,

Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem: as part of setting up my new Kompakt, I tried importing my main contacts, via a vCard list export from iCloud. All of the individual people contacts imported without any issues, but all of the business contacts (i.e. those with “Company” checked in the source) display the phone number instead of the business name after importing (in both Mudita Center and the on-phone Contacts app). This causes a number of significant usability issues, such as all of the companies sorting themselves numerically by phone number at the end of the contacts list.

Is there a workaround for this? Any advice or guidance people might have would be much appreciated.

@hjshapiro Hi. Thank you for flagging this. Let’s make sure that the data set (columns) that is used in Mudita Kompakt lines up with what you’re generating. Sometimes that could be the issue. Below is the issue we covered on the forum previously. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

@jeremyarnold Our team has successfully imported contacts with note from CSV as well as from VCard. Can we ask for an example contact? (you can send it in a DM) It can be unsupported content of the message, or CSV prepared by Export Contact Pro is incompatible with Android based phones. I’m attaching an example of supported VCard and CSV for reference of columns.
