Love the phone so far. My only gripe with the phone is relating to phone calls. for some people when I go to answer the call it just freezes and gets declined. It consistently declines for the same people. I’m unsure why this happens but I would appreciate some help.
Have you seen this before? Does it break like this is the person calling is from another carrier?
There are two options: ignore unknown caller ID’s and another Deny people not in your contacts (both options freely translate from Dutch). You can both find them in Settings of the Mudita Phone app (top right corner) > Blocking calls. Could it be that you have accidently changed either one or both of these. The last menu is Blocked Callers. Make sure, if it are consistently the same callers, that you haven’t blocked them here either.
I’ve never had this happen to me.
Just out of cutiosity:
No numbers are blocked. I want to answer these calls but the phone just seems to freeze and then the call is stopped. It’s very confusing.. 
@csheehy Do you have any sideloaded apps? I am going to ask our team about this & I’m sure they’re going to want to know if you might have any third-party apps which could interfere with this.
I do have some sideloaded apps. If that was the issue surely I wouldn’t be able to accept any calls?

I doubt this is the problem however I feel the Accept button is just as large as the Decline button and on incoming calls getting the phone out of pocket and in hand I do think its easy to accidentally touch the Decline button.
I don’t know how to make it better on the screen but I think it’s too easy to decline a call accidentally.
What are the apps that you have sideloaded? Could you please list them. Our team has determined that some sideloaded apps can sometimes interfere with system-level settings. It doesn’t always happen, but having a list of apps that you have sideloaded can help our team determine what the issue might be.
