I love that case, I hold it when I am watching tv and I even started practicing a bit of what it would be like to text on it lol, I clearly have too much time on my hands

But I have a feeling once I actually hold the Kompakt I am going to do what I always do with phone cases and take them off lol
I am pretty safe with. my phones, I have the light phone 2 without a case been using it almost a year now and it does not have a scratch on it, to me phone screen is more important, I don’t mind if I get a ding here and there on my Kompakt, I just find with cases you don’t get to experience the beauty of the Kompakt, had the same feelings with the Pure, just loved the feeling of it in the hand, god I still miss that phone LOL

The Kompakt is lovely to hold without the case… however it slid out of my hand twice on the first day (thankfully onto a carpet! 
) so the case has remained on since!

Due to a shipping error, I am still waiting for my case to be shipped to me. Meanwhile, I tend to baby my Kompakt because, as you wrote, the Kompakt without a case can easily slip out of one’s hands.

But the case which I have is also slippery lol, but I guess if it falls it will at least be in a case, too bad its slippery in the hands without a case, I wish they would make the backs of phones more grippier

Strange, but that’s obviously a completely subjective feeling. However, with every smartphone I’ve ever owned, I’ve been more concerned that it might slip out of my hand than with the Kompakt.

Drat! I dug out my old Samsung cellphone in a purple silicone case, but that case is not quite large enough to protect my Kompakt while I wait for the missing Pebble Gray case.

Get another person and stretch that case around the Kompakt baby! 
Man the pebble grey looks so nice without a case, I highly doubt I am going to keep my case on I never do lol
