@urszula - I hate to drag you into this again, but I’ve submitted my warranty claim to get my phone substituted.
I never got any confirmation that the request was received by you and I’ve not heard anything. It’s been more than the 2-3 days stated on the forms I received. Going back and trying out the link again, it doesn’t work.
I fully understand the overwhelming amount of support tickets, but I feel that in this case of a broken unit that I should at least get some more feedback in terms of the status of my claim.
