I go to the mudita center, i click on manage files, there is not app installer. There is Music, Photos, E-books and other files (unclickable).
I have version 3.2.0. installed.
Would love to know what to do, i was expecting to be able to sideload whatsapp, otherwise the phone is useless to me and not a feasible option.

I believe she did read your full inquiry. You stated which version of Mudita Center you have installed on your computer, but @urszula asked which version of MuitaOS K is installed on your phone.

i am unfortunately having this same issue. i also have 3.2.0 installed and updated my kompakt as well

hi again, i was having this same problem and managed to fix it myself just now. the problem is that i needed to update my phone many times instead of just once. i think mine was quite behind. but once i got totally updated, the app installer has finally appeared on mudita center! try that!

@3ve.mac I DID read your question THAT’S why I asked about the OPERATING SYSTEM on you MUDITA KOMPAKT. In your post, you only referenced the version of MUDITA CENTER- you did not, provide the Operating System version you have on your Mudita Kompakt- and that is the relevant info I need to look into your query. I hope that clarifies things for you. 
the App Installer option WILL NOT appear if Mudita OS K on your device is out of date.
This makes sense, if you are not up-to-date on the MK OS releases, (if you miss an update) you have to update reach release one by one.
