Inserted my SIM into my new Mutida Pure and it won’t pick up a signal. Pop the sim back in my iPhone and it works, so I know it’s not the SIM.
Is the EE network supported? Is there anything I need to do to get the phone to recognise the new sim? (have tried re-inserting sim many times and have made sure it’s in the right slot, etc.).
@danc Hi. Thanks for your question. Any chance that the sim card you’re using is a 5G sim card, because those do not work. A few users reported that it’s best to get a new sim card from your carrier & to make sure that it’s not a 5G sim card.
