Multiple Messages to Support

Hi,
I know this isn’t the right way to use the forum, however I’m out of options.

I received my phone last week and I’ve had some issues with it. I’ve reached out to customer support a number of times but haven’t received a reply.

Maybe this is due to an issue with email addresses - who knows.

I just need to connect to somebody from Mudita.

@urszula same problem here, I reached to customer support two weeks ago and still got no answer

@gabriel_lafr I just replied to you in another thread. I’m chasing down our support dept. So sorry that you have to wait so long.

@urszula I’ve not heard from support today. It seems a number of people are experiencing the same issue. Perhaps there’s an issue with your support team receiving emails.

If somebody privates messages me, I could provide a different email address. Maybe this would help.
