Hey! Just to play along with the purpose of the Kompakt Photography thread here, I did not modify them, though I usually do. With decent lighting, playing with background lighting as well, and a good focus achieved before taking the picture, you can obtain a beautiful result with this 8MP camera. Now imagine using a powerful editing tool, you come from an 8 mp camera, black and white picture and get better results than an iPhone pro 
The Kompakt has its limits in darkness though …
