In my experience, it’s actually not about whether other apps are running, it can be simply the fact that the app is installed that could be causing an issue. That’s how it was with my Galaxy device anyway. I had a third party app that was installed but not even running, and as soon as I removed it, my home launcher bug disappeared.

I’ve also had problems with my browser not working in the past, pages were just stuck in the loading state. Sometimes turning airplane mode on and off was helping. I don’t have this problem recently and I don’t know exactly what helped, but are you on the most recent OS version? I also switched to a custom private DNS with adb and blocked requests to sentry in my nextdns settings (see Mudita kompakt constant rf - #61 by hman).

Yes I am.
I did none of that. My phone settings are basically unchanged, that’s why I can’t figure out why the browsers don’t work.
