Message to support! 2 problems, wrong reference at checkout, going on vacation in 10 days

Hello there. I have reported this to support but with high demand I am not sure it will arrive in time. I am located in Germany. And I go on a month vacation in 10 days. My ticket number is 32743. Could you please elevate the situation so I don’t have to postpone delivery. Thanks

Support has already answered me and reported it further to the financial team. I really appreciate this.

I have received a mail with a update , but my order number in the mail is different than my real order number that is payed. And my real order number states now that it is cancelled. Is this some kind of error? Or all is good.

Are you in contact with Support? They should have access to the information you need.
While this seems like a technicality necessary to link your transaction to the order, it is best to confirm it with Support.

Whilst I don’t work for Mudita I just thought I’d share that the exact same thing happened with an order last year; in my case order cancelled then replaced (twice) but all turned up on time. Good luck!
