Generally I have been getting on very well with the Kompakt.
I have had one issue though occasionally. Sometimes (probably on happened two or three times ever), the phone gets into a state where it won’t unlock properly. I get a black screen when I try to unlock. It will re lock and then I can repeat this but it never opens. I can however hold down the power button and press restart, after which the phone is fine.
I do have some side loaded apps and don’t tend to restart the phone very often. I wonder if maybe there is something like a memory leak or app running in the background that is eventually crashing the phone.
I’m not sure how much use this report is to the team as it is hard to recreate. If there is any further info that might be helpful in diagnosing it, let me know.
