It would be great to have a dedicated setting page for the Offline + Button for more functionalities.
For me it would be great to be able to turn off any sounds and vibrations as well, because I have had the same functionality on my OnePlus Phones for years and I use it every day, it is just a perfect way to know that the phone will not disturb me at all.
It should also have the option to choose what is offline, like an example: everything is offline beside bluetooth.
Isn’t it a physical cut off trigger for all antennas, camera and microphone?
That’s my understanding of it.
@buiosu The Offline + Button will disable the GSM and microphones at the hardware level. It also cuts off the camera, Bluetooth, and WiFi through software.
It would be great to turn off sounds and vibration as well.
Having some options would be great! I use the button all the time, but if I could be offline and still listen to music over bluetooth that would be pretty awesome

I love the Offline+ mode, but an option to ignore Bluetooth on Offline+ mode would be appreciated. I sometimes like to disconnect to internet but I like some background sound.
Doesn’t it also physically disconnect the BT and WiFi? Usually that comes with the modem anyway.

When the OFFLINE+ mode is on, then no connections are coming through, so there would not be any sounds/notifications. Unless you’re talking about something else.
@urszula Some Apps like Calendar can remind you of an event and make sound even in Offline + Mode. Of course I can go into the menu and silence the phone, but If I could do it in the Offline + Mode it would really be a switch, not to be disturbed from digital noise completely.
I like to listen to podcasts at night and beeing able to hear them from my little bluetooth speaker with the phone in Offline+ mode would be awesome.
@deermonkey & @paul_c There are a few requests for a DnD mode. The list is growing. I can definitely see the pros of having a separate DnD more, in addition to OFFLINE+
I’d prefer if we could set whether the button triggers Offline+ or DnD mode.
That will be impossible, since Offline+ physically (mechanically) disconnects the antennas.
Personally I see the point of Offline+. If I don’t expect an urgent call and I’m at home (usually it’s my wife who calls, but at home she can just talk to me) I engage Offline+.
But for other moments it would be useful to have a DnD mode.
