Hello, I’m dying with anticipation here, just wondering how I would figure out what order number I am so if I see people saying their number and when they received it I can have a better idea of how long I will be waiting? I ordered direct from Mudita store a few weeks ago and have my order number from them. Is it the numbers after the 3 and all the zeros? Cus if so I’m over 10,000 and I feel like I’ll be waiting a long time!

Since the North American version will be shipped in May, I assume that all global versions will be shipped before then. So all global devices should be shipped by Wednesday, if nothing has changed in Mudita’s schedule.

@mattscazza Are you a Kickstarter or Indiegogo Backer? Or did you pre-order on our website?

@mattscazza Your order number should be in your order confirmation email. Find the email that says “Your order has been confirmed” and your order number is in there.
Thank you, @urszula! I just emailed Szymon Jaworski for a tracking number. Szymon handled my request back on 26 March 2025 to change my Kickstarter order (backer #42) to the Global version.

I’d also be interested in when the pre-orders will be shipped - still on track for this month? I pre-ordered on the 13th of April on the Mudita store. My order number is in the 11000 range. I’m sure the team is busy!

@james We are aiming to get all the Global pre-orders this week. We’ve sent out all the Kickstarter phones last week. There are some random orders where the backer did not fill out the survey correctly or there were some address issues, but those are being handled on an individual basis. Otherwise all of Kickstarter is out.

I can say that I initially filled out the Kickstarter survey correctly, and I hope that my requested change (handled by Szymon J. before the change deadline) to the Global version has put my order in the “being handled on an individual basis” category. “Patience, grasshopper” is my new mantra.

I think last week was just kickstarter and the plan is to get indiegogo and website preorders for Global phones this week.
