I also got the same – “Your order has been updated with a status of Packed NEW”. So it sounds like it is close to being shipped! I’m one of the later Kickstarter backers.

@urszula, I am Kickstarter backer #42, and I have gotten nothing at https://www.kickstarter.com/messages/inbox and nothing in the inbox of the email address that I use for Kickstarter. Might the reason be that I changed to the Global version (before the deadline to do so), and therefore my shipment is getting special handling?

You guys are probably as eager to get this delivery notification right now as I was yesterday, so I hope this might help. This was my timeline:
16:30: Packed NEW E-Mail from Mudita
22:57: Mail from DPD saying Parcel was collected
23:04: DPD updating Status, saying Parcel left Poland
23:33: Mail from Mudita saying the order is on its way
In the DPD Parcel History, the point „Registered parcel data, parcel not dispatched yet“ lined up with the Packed NEW Mail from Mudita, so I’m assuming it goes out when they register the parcel online. Then when it gets picked up the official mail from the delivery company comes.

@kirkmahoneyphd I called the support, spent 20mins to figure out that the system responsible for orders have a bug with order sorting and my order #30 has not even been sent yet while the higher numbers got sent hours ago…

Yeah the Punkt was such a missed opportunity, I don’t mind paying a premium for a dumb phone but the Punkt quality is just BAD, and their customer support is brutal too, I am done with Punkt

I was really satisfied at first. I had bought a second-hand device on eBay, but after a few months the buttons no longer responded or only responded after being pressed hard several times. At some point I thought, who knows what the previous owner had done with it and ordered a new device directly from Punkt. After ¾ of a year, exactly the same problem. In addition, the timer, which I wanted to use for meditation, usually didn’t ring. Only after I activated the display did I hear the timer ring. Not very useful.
I’d better not say anything about the support here. Except for one thing, very arrogant!
All the more reason for me to look forward to the Mudita Kompakt.
I’m going on holiday for a few days next week from Wednesday and therefore hope that everything goes well. I haven’t had the best experiences with DPD. Parcels left on the doorstep or simply in the stairwell where every neighbour has access to the parcel.
Didn’t they use to ship with Fedex? I find them more reliable.
Maybe you can redirect the parcel to a collection point with the consignment number, let’s see.

At 4:30 PM Central Time (USA) on Friday, 25 April, I still see nothing in my email inbox and nothing at https://www.kickstarter.com/messages/inbox .
So, I will assume that Mudita is not shipping my Global-version order (backer #42) until next week – perhaps not until May. It is a bit disappointing, but my best plan now is to stay off the Internet and to stop checking my email inbox … and instead enjoy the weekend, away from my computer!

Hey guys! Make sure to first put in the SIM card and then log into your Wifi. I did it the other way around and the phone could not find an internet connection and I was not able to download the software update. I did a factory reset, now it works perfectly fine!!
