ING Nederlands — Community App Review

ING is one of the major banks in the Netherlands. Our country being for a long long time “mostly cashless”, mobile banking is nearly impossible to avoid. (At least for me)
App works good, you can chat with the customer support, you can see your messages from the bank, you can download and sign important documents via the app. (If you are having a meeting with the bank, and they send you a contract, the app allows you to sign it digitally). This goes for, insurances, bank guarantees, mortgages whatever.
You can use the scanner to log in to your bank online from your computer, pay with iDeal, send tikkies.
You can view your balance, savings balance, ing points.
You can send money.
You can adjust your limits.
You can make appointments with the bank.
Google pay is not supported so, carrying your wallet is still not optional. And app did not generate any notification from the homescreen. That being said, other notifications work. If you need to approve something on your mobile banking, like you made a transaction on your computer and it needs a second approval, when you open the app, for those the app shows nearly immediately.
I was thinking because of the color scheme it would be hard to use but everything is legible. Only problem with any dark mode app is the ghosting. Thankfully, Android has a way to revert colors, if you do that, you can press and hold both volume buttons shortly, and colors revert, much better for ghosting.
App did not crash. I’m using Mudita at version 1.6.0.
