How unhealthy is a high SAR value in mobile phones?

Mudita mention phones and their SAR values in this article ‘The Top 10 Cell Phones with the Highest and Lowest SAR Value 2019’ but just how unhealthy is a high SAR value in a mobile phone? There is so much research on this subject but not many people know about it.

I personally like this Powerwatch research list from EMF Trust. Let me know what you think.
