You can remove individual blocked numbers via the Phone app (the default one on the home page) → Contacts → Call blocking → Blocked Numbers. There is a (-) icon to the right of each number which removes it from the blocked list.
The “Call Blocking” menu also allows you to turn on or off blocking of hidden or unrecognised numbers.
If you disable blocking hidden or unrecognised numbers and there are no specific numbers in your block list, then there is no number blocking. As far as I recall, a new Mudita Kompakt has no number blocking enabled.
Otherwise, I’m not sure what your question means. The photo looks more like the Notes app than the number blocking page. If you’re having difficulties accessing numerals on that keyboard, then the “?123” button at the bottom left might be more useful. The line of tiny numerals you highlighted indicates that the letter below can be used to access that numeral; press and hold “E”, for example, and a small menu appears with “3” in it, which you can select by sliding your finger up to “3”.
@removedAccount Are you asking how to hide or disable the small numbers displayed above the letters on the keyboard? I just want to make sure I’m understanding you correctly? Also, are you using a stock Mudita keyboard? Or is this a sideloaded keyboard?
