So far they listed just rich western countries, even you are Worlds Superpower
and most succesfull half communist society so far (most successful classic Stalinist state is strangely North Korea, so far)
This is strange since this time (unlike Pure model) phone is completely manufactured in China.
Keep expressing interest, I believe with some CP PRC certification, you could have it.

To country of production? with iPhones and Android phones PRC gov allows sales easy if devices can have
WeChat and Chinese locale, and small profit margin to manufacturer price can make Chinese citizens phone accesable. Surely, HiSense is there, but you can have 100k sales there if done right (I dont wish to promise millions and billions) … So I would think that over for mid tertm plans`

In my superficial understanding, it is nothing more than the sale of goods, the exchange of value and interests. Why can’t kampkt phone be sold through Amazon? In China, you can buy it through tmall, jingdong, amazon shopping platforms, through overseas shopping, and receive express delivery📦

The reasons why we ship or don’t ship to certain countries has to do with being certified to sell and ship electronic equipment to those countries- Electronic equipment must have certifications to be sold in certain countries to ensure safety, performance, environmental compliance, and compatibility with local regulations. Different countries have unique technical standards and policies for consumer protection. Certifications demonstrate adherence to these local requirements, allowing the product to enter the market. Lack of certification can lead to complicated customs process, which @RasVoja can probably attest to, because PURE is not certified in SERBIA, and buy buying and then returning it, this resulted in a lot of complicated customs paperwork and took a lot of time.
Certifications for electronic equipment typically cost money and can take significant time to acquire, depending on the complexity of the product, the number of certifications needed, and the regulations of the target market. These costs go up to hundreds of thousand of dollars & they are considered an investment. So ROI needs to be considered.

AH certificates would not save you from Serbian fed ex UPS and custom fees, thanks for paying VAT, thats great (I usually pay twice … plus import fees and VAT on P&P …)
Surely, you could easily certify in country of production and its a big big market.

P.S. Watches are great but dubbed too expensive for non EU poorer part of Europe.
Until it appears on outlet, double and discounted (add import fees) if you do some patches and when you do I ll go with old phone :DDD AGAIN, black one with black case. I love the design and feel, just software is, as one reviewer said half baked. I would say, half dead, half alive.

To certify a cell phone for sale in Serbia, we would have to engage with the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL). RATEL oversees the conformity assessment of radio and telecommunications terminal equipment (R&TTE) to ensure compliance with Serbian regulations. From what I heard- this is not an easy & it’s also costly.
Spending thousands of dollars and countless hours navigating a labyrinth of Serbian bureaucracy to get certified without knowing what the market return would be (ROI) is not something we are able to do at the moment.

You DO NOT produce phones in Serbia, we are 7 million impoverished and destituted, where up to 10 percent can buy Kompakt or older phone without installments.
Country of production is obviously Peoples Republic of China aka PRC
Certification will be auto if Serbia ever joins EU (side note: Serbia tries to cultivate European values
since it liberation from Turks in late 1800s and fails miserably)
