Hi everyone
When I’m on the phone with someone, the person on the other side of the phone hears a noise like the sound of the sea, i.e. like a hissing sound, if you turn up the volume, you can hear it very clearly.
Is this normal ? Can anyone tell me ?

@dikipej I just tested this with 3 different people & I cannot replicate what you are experiencing.
Perhaps it’s a network issue on your end? What network provider are you using?
I tried it also with other sim cards different provider with and without earphones, stll it‘s the same that the people who I am phoning with they say they hear like a rushing/hissing sound when they turn up the volume during a call, i think it‘s a production error then?

@dikipej Do you have a NA version or a Global version of Mudita Kompakt?
Also, what network provider do you use?
I have a global version mudita kompakt. I live in Switzerland I have two different numbers one is with Swisscom the other with Sunrise. But the persons only hear this rushing when I call them with mudita kompakt not with any other phone…

Did this phenomenon just start? Or has this been going on from the beginning?
I’m asking to see if this could, perhaps, warrant a warranty claim.
The problem has been there since the beginning, I received the phone on August 8, 2025. If I can’t do something myself to solve the problem, I will send the phone back (14 days right of return) because otherwise it will be too complicated for me, I hope you understand. I am actually very happy with the phone except for this fault/defect(?).
