Help? Music randomly stops playing (foobar2000, 3rd party app)

Hi,

When I play music and leave the app (foorbar2000, 3rd party app), the song usually plays for only about 30 more seconds before stopping (even though it still appears in the inkOS tray). I want to play music without being having to be inside the app all the time. All permissions for the app are enabled. Anyone have any ideas or a fix?

I didn’t always have this problem but I am getting it now…

Changing the buffer settings in foobar or the background usage limits in the OS developer settings have not worked

Did you add it to duraspeed’s ok list? It’s in developer option, search it.

Agree, this happened to me with audible and pandora, just have to fix it in duraspeed

If your song cuts out or pauses exactly 30 to 45 seconds in, it is often tied to streaming glitches, cache bottlenecks, or conflicts with connected apps. This specific issue stops playback right after passing the 30-second mark, meaning it usually isn’t an issue with the audio file itself. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
