Faulty Kompakt back plastic

I received my Kompakt on the 12th of September and on opening the box noticed an issue with the rear plastic backing - I’d describe it as looking like something poking into the plastic from the inside. I created a warranty case on the 14th September (#38803) but it was closed without comments or communication. I have attached pictures of this issue, I am requesting a replacement as it appears faulty? What does everyone else think? Has anyone else had issues with support closing out warranty tickets without reason?

@jjh76 I was informed that this case is being handled by our Customer Service team & the warranty has been accepted. I’m not sure why it’s showing closed on your end, but on our end it’s showing that it’s merged with case #38802 which is being handled by our customer service rep Diana.
