Good news is you don’t need to sideload it!
Bad news is you have to sideload a different launcher to get to the stock android one

Request: timer feature for Kompakt

[signal-2025-05-26-162025] [signal-2025-05-26-162147] I’m not recommending this since most launchers aren’t optimized for e-ink screens but I was just playing around and it turns out most of the default Android things are still present in the OS, just not exposed through the default launcher, including Android’s Clock app that has a timer, stopwatch, and alarm built in. The dark background isn’t great but it is certainly useable!
