My devices are already back at mudita‘s since 19th may and they don‘t even bother to answer mails. ![]()
Are you saying you never got your order or you already returned it?
I sent the devices back around three weeks ago - and there is just no communication since then. Mudita-Support-Team told me they contact me when the package is received (not happened!). My mail from wednesday last week about the status is also not answered. DHL sent ID shows me, that the return was successfully completed two weeks ago.
I hope to get an answer tomorrow and if nothing happens I will have to open a PayPal case ![]()
That is crazy. I hope I don’t deal with that!

If you’d like to return a product under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, just email us at support@mudita.com with the item you’re returning and your order number. Once that’s done, feel free to send the package our way (include your order number and contact info in the package). The return date is considered to be the date you send us the email. You don’t have to wait for us to respond.
I did ping our support department about your return, but feel free to just send the package, if there are no other issues.

@urszula I did reach out and everything. Do you guys send a return label now? What is the address I send too? Also how long before I receive the refund. Sorry if I sound agitated but this has not been a good experience.

Also I thought I was supposed to write things down on the box and inside? It would be most helpful if support could give me FULL instructions so I don’t loose my money.
