Can not use Welcome voucher

Hey, I can not use the welcome voucher on the website. I always get the “It is not valid anymore” error message. However I just subscribed to the newsletter

Unfortunately promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Are you trying to purchase an item that is already at a promo price?
