Perfect for controlling your media center if you don’t have a compatible remote control.
I use it with Kodi; I have a Raspberry Pi running LibreELEC connected to an analog TV… I love the look of old CRT screens, but of course the original remotes don’t work with an RPi (unless you have a dongle), and using the Kompakt is now my favorite way to navigate. The app feels like it’s optimized for E-Ink, but it actually isn’t. Very simple design. Not like the “cluttered” official Kodi app. But the 4 out of 5 stars are because I actually want a Wi-Fi solution for privacy reasons. Maybe someone knows of a similar app that does work over wifi?
