I wish that they had included my case with my Kompakt, which I now have had since May 5th.
They have known for two weeks about the missing case, but I still lack even a tracking number for it.
Nearly all of my previous cellphones had protective cases. Lacking the silicone case for the Kompakt is hampering my full enjoyment of it.
@urszula, is the shipping of my missing case something that you can expedite?

Thank you! My guess is that the shipment has gotten lost in the flurry of orders that Mudita is shipping now.
One of my hopes for the case – besides being protective – is that it will reduce the frequency of accidentally activating the fingerprint sensor.

You are correct. The last email message that I have said:
“When it comes to you[r] protective case[,] I will make sure it goes through to you[,] and I will make a reminder about that situation to a proper department.”

Thanks again! Even if customs processing makes the shipment last a full week (as it did with my Kompakt), at least I know that the case is now on its way! Woo-hoo!

Are kickstarter backers going to be receive their units first? It’s almost been 6 months since I originally backed this project.

Assuming it’s shipped the same way it was for the Global version, Kickstarter first, then Indiegogo, then preorders.

I haven’t gotten any emails on the status of my order, but I am a pre-order from a bit over a month ago and it was just before I made a profile here, so I’m sure I’m at the back of the line. I’ll give it some time before sending any inquiries. I’m super excited tho!

I believe I saw in another thread that it arrived now, right?
@here if you ordered via Kickstarter or Indiegogo, your parcel should have left already (apart from just a few single cases where the address was wrong etc.).
Therefore, if you haven’t received any communication re:shipping status, tracking number, please contact Support at support.mudita.com.

Hi @aleksander, I contacted support and they said it hasn’t shipped yet and gave no reason. I am indiegogo backer 315. Any way you can look into this for me?
