Hello everyone,
I would like to use the above app, beeline. I can also sideload and start it. But as soon as I click on “when app is used” on the popup that is used after permission of the location , the app crashes. What exactly is the problem and can I fix it somehow?

@catch.and.release Does this app use Google Services? I looked it up & I see that it’s a navigation tool designed for cyclists and motorcyclists- but I’m not sure if it uses google services.
Mudita Kompakt does not support google services & if this app requires this feature, it might not work properly.
Yeah I’ve had similar issues with it - definitely due to the Google Location services as @urszula mentioned. It’s frustrating because I cycle around London a lot and the Beeline is such a vital device for me. Think it’s the main thing that would stop me going full Kompakt.
Though just to be clear - this is definitely not a Mudita problem - I’m fully on board with it being a de-googled phone - this (and anything Google Maps) is the only time I miss it.
@davidray did just launch a beta for his directory/maps app which I’m excited to try out when I get a chance. It features cycling navigation too.
It’s possible Beeline could work with something like microG, but this feels like too much of a faff.

I’ve had the hope, that, due to the fact, that it doesn’t crash direct after the start, it might be working on the Kompakt.
