Backup not working

Backup in the Mudita Center app stops at around 80% (messages), even after 30 minutes it doesn’t go anywhere. There is no error message, it just doesn’t get past that. I haven’t been able to backup since July. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it the app or the phone?

I am seeing my restore from backup getting to 14% complete but hung up on messages too

@urszula is there any update on this? I have the same issue. It gets to around 25% for me, then the phone shows ‘KompaktOsApi’ stopped working.

Don’t know if it’s message related, but could be. I use Quik at the moment, and every time on booting, I get the ‘SMS App’ stopped working notice. Doesn’t seem to affect Quik though.

Yes, our team is back from the holidays they said the best way to figure out what’s happening is to send us LOGS from Mudita Center:

  1. Open Mudita Center
  2. Click on Mudita Help Center
  3. Scroll all the way down & click on Contact Support

Then a box will pop up & the logs from Mudita Center will be included in your email. This will go to our Center team to see what could be happening.
