Hi there, I started a ticket for this “problem” but I don´t know exactly what it is. It is not dust between the display and the screen protector. It is not really dust in the phone but this "light"pixel is only really visible while turning the backlight of the device on. I even don´t know when it got there or how… It is also kinda camera shy. So photos and videos don´t realy capture it.

you could miss it if you blink, but the video shows it better.

I can see that. Seems like it may be a minor manufacturing defect with the screen?

experienced the same issue with my Mudita. Upon unboxing, I noticed one dead pixel on the right side of the screen. After using it for several days, a second dead pixel appeared. I contacted customer support, and they provided a return label. I shipped the device back, but it took almost a month to reach Poland due to U.S. and Polish customs delays.
Unfortunately, I’ve now been without my Mudita for over a month, and customer service has not responded to any of my follow-up emails. I’ve repeatedly asked for an update on when my replacement unit will be shipped, but I haven’t received any reply from them.

That is not good. I hope you will get your replacement unit soon. So I did not notice this flaw on mine. Once I heard from the support I will update on this. If I can get a replacement unit I hope it won´t take that long since Poland is our neighbor.

I’m following up on this request since it’s been quite some time without any response from customer service. I haven’t received a reply to any of my previous emails, so I wanted to ask about my options for requesting a refund.
It’s unfortunate because I really like the product, but the lack of customer service has been disappointing.
