About country of manufacture and country of origin of mudita pure

Dear Support Team
I am currently importing mudita pure from the US to Japan.
It arrived in Japan, but I am being stopped at the customs clearance at the airport.
It seems that I cannot pass customs clearance unless I can identify the country of manufacture and country of origin when importing.
Could you please tell me the specific country of manufacture and country of origin of mudita pure?
I wish to meet mudita pure as soon as possible.

@sakito50cassano Thanks for reaching out. Mudita Pure is designed & made in Poland.
So to answer your question- the BOTH the country of origin & the country of manufacture is POLAND.
It’s clearly labeled on the Mudita Pure box, as required by law.
Did you buy the phone second hand? Is that why you don’t have the box?

The customs officer probably could not open the shipping carton and could not check the label with the country of origin.
