Is there scientific proof that mindfulness & meditation work?

At Mudita, we are huge fans of meditation & mindfulness. That’s why Mudita Pure includes a Meditation Timer! We believe it’s meaningful to meditate & practice mindfulness regularly. However, from a scientific perspective, how exactly does meditation & mindfulness work & what does psychology and neuroscience have to say about it?

I have decreased stress with them. Yes, I plan to use the Meditation Timer in the Mudita Pure … and in the Mudita Harmony. I look forward to using the four-second dots on the Mudita Moment for breathing mindfulness, too. Thank you, Mudita, for the focus on this!
